Rip offs Keeping my money!

Two part problem: $200.00 payment, HRS USA cashed the check for $700.00. When the mistake was caught by me and I contacted them, did I get the $500.00 mistake back? No. This started in early February. Their CSRs kept telling me, "If you fax a letter stating your problem, our Monetary Research department will look into it." Okay, I've been doing that, then phoning them again asking to talk to a Manager or Supervisor. Somehow they don't exist and you can't talk to anyone in Monetary Research anyway. THREE letters and FOUR months later, still nothing. Even my bank contacted them via phone and could talk to no one in charge. They were told to fax a letter too.

The last bad attitude CSR finally told me I had to send a snail mail letter to stop the activity on this account. I think a flag came up on her computer as #13 to allow her to let me know this information.

Several times I've asked them to contact me personally. I can't take their general public letters anymore. I give them my home, work AND cell phone numbers - even my email address. NOTHING.

Out of approx. A dozen HRS USA Customer Service Reps only 3 have been nice (maybe they're new). I have a bad feeling that their policy is to stick everyone into red tape and keep them there until a lawyer sticks their hand into it and pulls the poor, high-interest paying customer out.
