Mine is the same as the other guys story. Hmm! The check looks legit. Steve Collins said to deposit it, and call him later with the winning claim #. He sounds like a Kenyan and his name is Steve Collins??? I haven't done anything with this, but I am interested to hear if anyone else has received this and what course of action they are taking.
