I went on line to order a grant so that my family could live in a bigger home & no one be homeless

I went on-line looking to get a grant so that I could get a bigger house for my husband, son, mother, sister, and aunt to live in because my sister and aunt are homeless and my mother is disabled. I found Grants One Day and ordered the C.D. For $1.99 shipping and handling. I was not told that I could go on-line to look for this info and only found out after my account was charged $94.00. I called to see what was going on and they cancelled my account and agreed to refund my money after I wrote to the customer service billing dept. I did so and they said they cancelled my account but was holding onto my money for 88 days so I could have a chance to look over thier product. They also gave me a link to request my refund if I didn't like what I saw, but the link said that they didn't have my e-mail on file so I couldn't ask for a refund. All areas that they had to apply for a grant went nowhere. There were no links to them. I want my money back and told them so. I now have to call them again, and try to fight this myself. Be very careful of who you order from. Most of them are rip-offs.
