New Solutions Group 2yearpurchase.com Has Anyone Heard of New Solutions or 2 Year Purchase.com?

2yearpurchase.com appeared on craigslist.org regarding real estate for sale. They said if you don't qualify for a home loan due to bad credit, inadequate down payments, etc., etc., etc., they would buy the home, rent it to you for two years, applying "portion" of it towards a downpayment, at which time you'd have to refinance. I called, they said before they could "process" my inquiry I had to fill out an application - which included giving them my social security number, where I'm employed, how much money I had to put down - you know lots of personal information. I changed my mind, but called back a few weeks later.By then they had changed their name to New Solutions Group. They gave no address on their website.

These people may be a totally honest and straightforward, however, the deal sounds too good to be true, and the name change and no address sends out red flags to me like crazy.

Does anyone know anything about these people?
