Misleading consumers

In october my husband and that i approached national to acquire help with this mortgage loan when i had lost my job and recently had an infant and we were finding it very difficult to make our mortgage payment. We were told from the extremely rude consultant that as our account was present there is nothing they might do to assist also to callin the following month whenever we had a payment due. We called in november along with a consultant required all our financial info and told us that people are spending over your revenue consequently there is nothing they might do and we'd to cut your spending to ensure that countrywide to assist us. My husband and that i paid off a number of our unsecured debt, offered our car etc to acquire aid. We called in december and january to obtain aid, again rude consultant told us there is nothing that may be done as we're current and there's no payment due to the consideration. I named back late february as funds were getting tight and we used the small savings we'd to create mortgage repayments. Again we were told by an incredibly rude consultant to callback when we'd a payment due to the consideration.

I called back on march 3rd and was told with a boss that the prior reps that people had spoken with have been deceptive us and there's nothing they could do before new bill passed by barak is essentially but despite the bill adopts effect there might be nothing they could do to assist us.

We've been restricting our wellness. We don't have medical health insurance, we don't have sufficient money to purchase food or diapers for the baby and we do not have an automobile to visit with. We heard countrywide plus they did only deceive us to poverty now we've nothing!
