I have the same name as one of Midland's "borrowers/victims" and they won't quit calling me!

Apparently, I share the same first/last name with another person in my town. Midland's Indian minions have called my house over 25 times in the last 30 days trying to collect this debt. They refuse to believe that I am not their borrower.

Given their reputation, the fact that I owe them nothing, that I have never received the first piece of information from them in writing, that they call from a blocked number, I refuse to give them any personal information about myself.

I have asked them to send me something in writing (so I can sue their @$) which they have not done. Their borrower has moved around and changed phone numbers many times over the years. I have lived at the same address and phone number for 20 years. I have pointed them to the internet white pages which show the other person by the same name, address, phone number, birthdate, etc. They can also deduce from the information that I AM NOT their borrower by the phone number, birthdate, address that is attached to me in the white pages.

How do I get these charming people to stop calling me?
