I cancelled auto delivery and they took out of my checking account $43.30

I requested your skin tensive x cel and restor eyes and they took from my account within the quantity of $9.95. That was fine but when i did so not want the merchandise i had been to call them-and cancell that i'd done this.

They ignored this and took from my bank account within the quantity of $43.30. I again got touching i q derma necessities plus they however dismissed our termination of the item. I'm on pension and social security and that i need our $43.30 acknowledged back to my bank account.

I am hoping you can resolve this issue. I'd never, never again order from their website. This can be a scam and incredibly hurtfull in my experience.
