Peter Sloan I got scammed by Peter Sloan at Bank Transactions Inc

I was unlucky enough to have Peter Sloan from Bank Transactions Inc walk in my place of business. He promised me I would be able to get me financing to offer to my clients but I had to get some stupid merchant account. Anyway, he was on his cell phone the whole time with his boss and could not give me any solid numbers for how much per month it would be. He then had me sign some paper he said was an application to see if we could get the financing. What I didnt know is he had me sign a binded agreement for $2500. That pr*k had me sign up for his stupid merchant account. I should of known it was a scam because he had no answers for me and had to stay on the cell phone the whole time so we could get answers.

Here I am now fighting a lawsuit for $2500. Come to find out I'm not the only one this happened to! Stay away from these people. Their dirty scum. When I tried talking to the boss of Peter after I found out I was signed up for it he did nothing but yell at me and tell me he will see me incourt. Once again, this company is a joke and dont beleive the hype!
