Advertised & Sold Financial Products That Have Not Been Delivered

Both Cheryl Robinson of Robinson & Associates and Kamela Jacobs have advertised, collected money for and not produced products and services that they have advertised for months. They both used brokers, all over the country, to sell untested and unproven financial products, via Craigslist, Free On-Line Ad Services and word of mouth that have yet to materialize, with the exception of maybe 1 recent client out a pool of well over 100 clients.

They hold conference calls promising paying customers, that their products will arrive by a certain date, which comes and goes, again with nothing arriving. They have promised customers date, after date, after date, knowing that the promised dates were false. Yes, it is true that they may have been scammed themselves but that has nothing to do with ensuring their customers are taken care of. And I don't mean taken care of months and months after, the fact, with the hope of products that might come, when the initial advertised time frame was 10-14 days.

When asked about a refund, customers are not willingly given refunds, they are forced to process charge backs, if they were smart enough to pay with credit cards in the first place, which creates out of balance PayPal accounts with deficits that ultimately have to be corrected later. Before, you scream that any of this is a not true, please prove that you actually initiated any of the, very, very few, refunds that have been received and that customer initiated charge-backs didn't create PayPal accounts with deficits.

As a matter of fact, they are still holding calls, over 4 months later, promising new customers, the same products that they have yet to provide those same customers who have been waiting months to receive their products.

When people "call them on the carpet" for their actions, whether malicious of not, they both cry foul and threaten them with legal action. So before you do the same this time or cry defamation of character, let me share a little history, with you, of our countries wonderful US Constitution and it's First Amendment which reads:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment... (or person), prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the FREEDOM OF SPEECH, or of the press The main problem with proving defamation of character is the protection of free speech guaranteed by the First Amendment. Defamation involves a statement that is FALSE and un-proven, and since, I am, myself a direct casualty of their business dealings, I can share all of these fact-based opinions as 100% true and part of my personal experience.

Please prove that the facts above, better yet the fact-based opinions, are false. I welcome that because I know it can't be done. Please note that nothing about this post is meant to be malicious, it is simply meant to state personal experiences and fact-based opinions, so that future customers and clients can make an informed decision about whether to do business with either Cheryl Robinson or Kamela Jacobs.

P.S. I have been a paying customer since early January and I have yet to receive a single product or service and I know, for a fact, that there are many, many more that paid, prior to January that are in the same position I am in.
