I had been charged for collect calls, not just at the same time and day they couldn't be produced, but in addition for a about the phone which was unavailable in the service I had been keeping. They WOn't alter the costs without written certification in the service the telephones weren't open to customers at that time these were charged and without paperwork the service did nNOT permit calls more than 20 mins.
