Washington Mutual, Washington Mutual Shark Attack! Going under due to exorbent WaMu credit card interest rates

Have pleaded with ' out of control ' card company to lower interest rates (30.48%) multiple times to no avail. Advised I am injured, off work for nine (9) months living on worker's compensation benefits (try to keep up with those!) and expecting total knee replacement surgery which will keep me home for another six months at least. WaMu said they were sorry for my situation and any offers for lower rates would come by mail (second verse - same as the first). Our rural mail travels slowly as I have not received any offers yet. This unacceptable business practice must stop! All hard working honest tax paying citizens should contact their state representatives and senators to support any legislation that will help put America back on it's feet again and give the working class a chance to survive!
