Unauthorized Charges

I'd unauthorized expenses displaying in my own phone bill designated as Improved Services Payment Inc. Cost amount $20.95. I’ve been billed for a few months since Oct to December. I then found out about that just in January. The autopay from my lender was distributing funds as typical to my phone supplier addressing all of the costs including unauthorized costs of Improved Services Payment Inc. On January, 8 I approached the corporation with criticism. Customer support agent hardly spoke English. It got me about half an hour to allow them realize my scenario. They guaranteed to prevent the support and reimbursement unauthorized costs for a few months back.

Later, on Feb I approached my phone company and discovered the cash haven't been returned. I approached Increased Services Payment Inc. Again but this time around I requested to consult with the client support boss.in some time, they related me using the boss who also hardly spoke English. He assured me to research this case just after faxing him all my phone expenses since October.

Overall, I invest 3 hours of my time for you to combat for my cash with this specific fraudgelent exercise.
