SBBT I Would Not Reccomend Took forever to get my money after irs paid them. Actually still havent Tampa

I filed with TurboTax. I moved from Michigan to Florida they charged me to file in Florida. Still dont understand why as Florida doesnt have state taxes and i dont own property... Everyone else they dont file state taxes. But anyway here lies the real problem. Sbbt. Sbbt sent me an e-mail on feb 20th saying they got my funds and it would take 1-2 business days to get my money... Here it is 4 business days later... No money.
I called bank of America they said it takes 3 days... Still no money. I need my money bad and am worried.By the time i paid for my fees i paid over 130 dollars to file. The only reason i used turbotax was because i moved. I called my old reliable awesome tax lady back home and she said i could have faxed my info to her. Whoops. Would have had no worries and paid less. And wouldnt have been charged 30 bucks to route my money which is free. And it wouldnt have took me hours. I would reccomend anyone to stick with a tax agency if you have a good one.
