Awful experience

On August 21st 2008 I transferred $6,000 of the $10,000 leftover on my house equity credit line into my checking account. I thought I would require it for problems since I'd been unemployed since June. Based on my September declaration I still had $10,000 I really could bring upon. I wont actually get into the huge snowball effect of costs from my lender for several of the funds which were paid before the resources being taken off my bill from Pursuit. How are they permitted to dishonor a check 4 weeks after being transferred right into a private banking account? How far in period may each goes back and retroactively revalue home and consider cash out-of individuals records? Had I not shut the consideration before more harm was completed who understands just how much they'd took out with time stating retroactive property devaluations.
