In October I was offered a $2,000 gauranteed credit card for a deposit of $249. Which was automatically transferred from my checking account. I was told they were affiliated with First Premiere Bank. I asked if I changed my mind if I could get a refund, the person said yes at any time unless I had used the card and activated it. HUH! Not possible since I never recieved it!

The person stated that my package would arrive in two weeks, all I had to do was sign and date the information needed and send it back. It didn't come. I called at the end of October and was told it had been sent. Still nothing. I called again in early November, I was told it had never been sent due to a shipping problem and that I would receive the package before Thanksgiving.

It didn't come, so I called at end of November and they said the package would be there before two weeks was up. The package arrived with no return address on the letter, and after opening it I found an address for Canada... P.O. Box990, Kahnawake, Qc, J0L 1B0 on the papers for a return address along with a medical prescription program application, a fast advance loan or line of credit request (which wanted my account info), a cash & check card application (and which wanted my account info), a Satelite Dish Network called SENTREX direct technologies. Www.sentrexdirect.com... 6 Penns Trail, Suite 201 Newton, PA 18940

I signed and dated the application form and sent it out immediately. I called after it was sent back to the company and asked when I would recieve my credit card. I asked the person if I could get my money back, yes if you send the package back unsigned and not dated. I called around Christmas and they said my card was being processsed and I would receive my card in less than two weeks. Oh yeah heard that before!!!

I waited and waited. January 14 still no card. I called again was told it was on its way and other people were getting there cards that had sent there packages back in late November. January 24th, I called again... I got a recording..." Thank - you for calling Royal Star Benefits, our office is now closed. Please be patient if you are awaiting a package or a response to your application, the fulfillment company has assured us that it will be delivered." Yeah Right!!!

I have yet to see the credit card, I would prefer my money back. I have done some further research and have found that the Chesterfeild zip code given, doen't exist. So who ever you spoke to the rude people or the manipulative sneaky bastards-They were and are frauds.

I would love to make them pay for all the false promises and theft of my money. Also I have been in contact with The Better Business Bureau in Missouri. They are trying to get ahold of the company and haven't gotten a response. They sent me a letter stating that if this cannot be resolved They gave me a few phone numbers to call as this may have to go to small claims. Here are the numbers: MO Attorney General; 1-800-392-8222 IL Attorney General (Illinois residents only) 1-800-252-8666 U.S. Postal Inspector 314-539-9443

They stated if the situation warrants they will be put on a "buyers update" in the next BBB newsletter. And their public phone report will reflect that they have failed to respond to a complaint.

BE advised, that most likey the money will never get returned and the credit card they promised will most likely never come. I have been scammmed along with many others. I would like to recommend changing your checking account and your phone number. Do not give out your account info over the phone!!! Since the initial call from Royal Star Benefits I received several other unsolicited calls from credit card companies saying you are guaranteed credit... I tell them no way no how. Been burned once and was a victim of fraud IT will not happen again!
