Unauthorized funds withdrawn from my account

They debited my consideration for $279.00 on 01/05/09 having a draft declaring "Your Depositor has approved this draft - no signature needed". I'd never talked with anybody before the cash being removed from consideration; but since have voiced with 3 distinct people encouraging they might deliver me paperwork to acquire a complete reimbursement which I've never obtained.
