I am a customer of Phone Debt Options and also have been to get a year 5. I've settled them over $10k in costs (last cost was Dec. 08). Today I can't get one to mail or contact me back. They're also liars. They declare they'd funds present, so when I sent them back again to request several more concerns my "debt negotiator" never delivered some of my many emails or telephone calls. I can not actually get my repetition that I've been dealing with to phone or mail me back. Therefore, I've approached the lawyer's workplace that's focusing on my debt and Iam settling together straight. Ya, what my alleged negotiator is meant to be performing. That's a complete laugh. And, she'd my charge card balance wrong also. It had been $3k significantly more than exactly what it is. HHHMMM - I discover tha very fascinating. Even if I sent them to tell them I approached the lawyer's office straight, I never rec'd a contact or perhaps a telephone call back. However again, why whenever they? They've my $10k in costs. All I will state is they're a lot of thieves.

Anyone trying to opt for a debt settlement organization - don't select phone debt options!!! Really!!
