Fraudelant charges

Mom age 88 put into Medical house in September 08. All telephone support, was terminated. House vacant. February 09 get statement from Verizon with ESBI charging my mom for $15 for online sites. Named Verizon. Asked what sort of statement could be positioned on a SEALED CONSIDERATION. Was informed FCC enables them to get this done. After I told them mom was in medical home and not had a PC, it had been decided they'd credit the consideration. It was February 2.2009.1 week later, since Verizon was handed authorization to "electronically expenses" my mother. They then coldly eliminated the cash from her small $100 bank account on February 11. I advised the financial institution of Verizon fraudulently getting this cash to get a support my mom never had. Lender may pursue the cash if in fourteen days they don't return it in my experience by check as guaranteed. Training learned. Do not allow use of your bank account to pay for bills. Electronically.
