Rip-off

I thought I was getting a master card but oh no all I got was $199.95 out of my account. I have called and called to get my money back, this all started in oct. 2002 (today is March 24th) I still have not got my money back and the phone # is now not working that I was calling.

I did every thing they told me to but it still did not work. I am now out of more then every.
