On December 8th I was solicited via telephone by Freedom Resource. I wanted to establish credit and the person who contacted me sounded reliable. Unfortunately, I said okay, gave them my information (something that I do not normally do) and have been in a virtual nightmare ever since.

On December 9th I had second thoughts about this company and had spoken to several people. I contacted Kim Davis a CSR and instructed her to stop the procedure. I did not want to establish credit in this way. She stated that they could not stop the process after it had already been initiated.

I needed to give them 78 hours notice. I told her I did not care about 78 hours notice to stop the procedure. She hung up. December 12th $221.98 was missing from my account. I called and talked to Gloria at ext. 127. No problem we will issue you a refund check. It will take 15 to 21 business days to be processed. I even got a tracking number. Lucky me!

I've talked to Shannon at 122, Joe who today rudely put me on hold for one half hour, Gloria, Kim... All the women sounded the same to me. Just give me my money back! Since Dec. 12th I've closed out that account and have been given the runaround by this company. I am at my wit's end.

Here it is March 24th, There is no benefit package, no credit card, no refund. The money that they took out of the bank account was rent money. Since then I have been evicted from that apartment. I lost my security deposit ($1,600) had to come up off of another $1,500 for a new apartment, during which time I had very little to eat because every penny had to go to a new apartment. I refuse to be homeless again. I'm 50 years old and had to ask my daughter for food during that time.

Is there any way that I can have this company return the money they so blatantly stole from me? Is there a class action suit against them.? Right now I am dealing with Global Financial and suffice it to say the web address they give over the phone does not exist. Help!
