Unauthorized billing

Within the summer of we'd many storms within the Gladstone/Kansas City region. Our top was broken and had many roofers come by my home to provide their solutions. RJR said they'd do all of the work-in oneday, and consider $600.00 off my deductible easily place an indication in my own lawn. I decided as well as in early March, I obtained another celebration look for 4800.00. I named RJR up and described I'd deliver that to my mortgage business (additional celebration on check) also it ought to be prepared in 2-3 times. Lance from RJR emerged around and stated that they might manage everything. I named them up four times later to become informed it'll consider 10 business days before they might obtain the cash and purchase my tiles. I questioned why a roofing business who'd caused AAA (my house insurer) many times had a need to watch for the check, and didn't have any materials. They never delivered these calls. I named them up many times making communications and noticed 'You're next on our record'. We've one house quit before we reach yours', that continued for 6 months. Lastly about the evening before Christmas, (11/26/08) they turned up. The only real english-speaker left around 10am. The employees who have been remaining had quit an enormous (5') pit within the tarpaper. The boss delivered and that I confirmed him the pit. He explained he'd be back together 24 hours later (Christmas) and complete it-up. I had been making the region to get a family-dinner, and so I wasn't at my home after 8am that day. After I quit, the pit was still there. Our friend noticed the employees covering-up smaller openings with tiles, in the place of repair the tar-paper. He named me and that I named RJRis operator (John). He was 10 minutes from my home and went there to monitor. He talked with my friend and stated he'd be again on friday (after Lowes/Homedepot) starts to upgrade that portion of my top. Following day, nothing happened. They quit dirt on my garden/garage, gutter nails were free, no-drip edge. I quit a note on the device (no body replies 816-792-4107). No-return phone until 12/2/08 when I left a message saying I needed cash back. They stated they'd be out on 12/3/08 togo over it with me. They didn't display. I quit a note saying I had a need to talk to the dog owner. Rich (boss) called back stating he was arriving around on 12/6/08 to complete a walkthrough. He never confirmed, or did anybody resolve the job.
