Arlington Farms is a name made up by bob gruntz which used to be The Arlington Group. Before that, it was called The Eastridge Group. Prior to that it was called Eastridge Farms and about 20 other names were used prior to these. As each group fails, gets a bad name, drains all victims of their money, a new one is simply started.

Arlington Farms is currently a small group headed by con man robert gruntz. Known associates are: Mike & Linda Nielsen of Murrieta, Ca; Dan & Trish Butts of Henderson, Nv; Elizabeth Betty Azar (aunt) of San Jacinto, Ca; Mary Pesce of Sammamish, Wa; the "Rabbi" Steven J. Newman of Arizona. Their latest (victim) is Dr. Ritchie Stevens who has been funding and supporting all the expenses and legal fiascos of this "group." He has filed a dba with Pesce and Azar so that bank accounts can be opened in these names. This enables gruntz and Azar to launder monies for their various needs as they see fit.

Millions of dollars have been funnelled through these accounts in the last couple of years. All prior victims have lost the bulk of their life savings, mortgaged their homes to the hilt, and over-extended their credit cards in the belief that bob gruntz will make them lots of money. There are at least 70 known victims at this time and it is certain that there are many more.

The classic scheme is initiated by opening stock trading accounts in the victims name and buying various ranches and other big-ticket items. Of course, no one ever makes any money in the stock market... Even in good
economic times! All money is eventually lost or spent by gruntz. He has been living on other people's money for 20 or 30 years now.

When he loses your money in the stockmarket, he then tries to sue the brokerage firm. Thereby, ties up your money for years in the court system. And YOU have to pay all the legal fees. When all is said and done, YOU are
broke, broke, broke.

The scenario never changes. He initiates lawsuits over properties and coerces you into the lawsuit. He blames the brokerage for your stock losses and talks YOU into suing.in the meantime, while you are waiting for this big windfall lawsuit, he just starts another group and goes on to his next victims. This has been repeated many times over the last 20 years.

What a scam huh?

Oh and by the way, don't forget to let gruntz do your taxes for you. He makes sure that you won't owe any taxes with the deductions that he provides! When you realize that you are in hot water with the IRS, and owe more taxes than you could ever afford to pay. He is then done with you. He has gotten every penny he can out of you and now you are ruined. HE did NOT sign your tax return... YOU did.

This guy is just plain evil.

He enjoys ruining people's lives and likes them to be calling and begging him to help them. He is a pro. He is also a sociopath. Not one bit of remorse, just lie after lie.
