Your loan was sold from litton loan, to mcg in july. We were present, nevertheless when we ultimately approached mcg, in june, we were told they had nothing on our loan which we'd "be recieving a declaration". It's march, however haven't become a, our messages have removed unanswered and overlooked, but we did receive some paperwork to submit for "short-sale" or "payment arrangements". I believe that they're a fraud organization, out to try and repo my home. My hubby and that i are planning about getting a lawyer. The texas state bbb has given them a score of "y", exactly what does that state?
