Nowadays, it is hard to find a good company to deal with. It seems like we always writing complaints and our express our dissatisfaction.
Well, I wanted to say a good words about Texans. Great customer service. I refinanced a car with them, and everything went smooth. All paperwork was done over the phone, and I have never even met the person. After all documents were ready the Loan officer asked me which branch I would like to go and sign all. He Interoffice documents to the branch closer to the place where I was that day. It took me 10 minutes to sign and get out. Thank you, Texans!
