I also have issue with salute paid account on time just after collected annual payment closed card also prior to this they sent a letter stating something about bill being sent in wrong envelpe to use a regular envelope from now on just kept using envelope sent with bill sounded fishy, when got letter stating to continue to pay my account even though everyones account was being close supposedly due to ecconomy the people higher up thought this was best way to go. I recieved two calls this week about payment due explained it was in the mail. 2nd call tried to charge me 40.00 late fee. I re3fuse to pay anything more than I owe they no longer provide me wit5h a service cut me off like3 nothing well I will pay what I owe but they will not make another penny off of me. I feel this place wasa a scam. May not see another dime unless I see proof they exist. Enough is enough.
