Unauthorized bank withdrawal

I also had an unauthorized withdrawal from my bank account of $19.95. The financial institution gave me a # to call and that i spoke to gabrielle #152518 and said it was my account that we never registered. She said it was a business with people research, people-search. The total amount is allowed to be credited back, but i duopt that'll occur. I've put a security alert in it at me lender.
