Do not care about their patients

My husband had a bad toothache so went to this dental center because they take walk-ins. Well, he arrived at 8:30A.M. And was the fourth person in line. He was still there at 11:00 A.M. And still not seen by a dentist. He left and was told to come back at 2:00P.M. At 4:00P.M. He was still waiting and seen no dentist as of that time. Around 4:30 - 5:00P.M. They called him to go in to see the dentist only to be told they do not do root canals on that day. Mind you he took off of work and was in pain. He then went to check out and they wanted to give him another appointment, of course he said no way if that is how you treat your walk-inns. Then Rene the office lady throws his x-ray on the counter to him. She should be working in the back and not around people since it is clear she does not know how to treat people. She should be in the back sweeping floors and not around people at all. Wil not go back. I would not send my friends or enemies there.
