Unauthorized billing

Requested a container of Acai Berries for $7.95. Never received the merchandise and today 30 days later they're getting my banking account $89.95 without my understanding or permission.

I've created many efforts to contact their client service division, nevertheless when I push 2 for 'customer support' I'm instantly disconnected. I've also experimented with push 1 for 'revenue' but I again get disconnected following a brief holding time.
