Canceling my Trial and getting RMA

I've named numerous occasions looking to get a RMA to come back my free trial offer that I no further need and each time I actually do I'm placed on store for around five minutes they hang-up on me. There's no method to email them to obtain the RMA plus they don't reply the telephone to provide it in my experience. To be able to stop my test they've to provide me the RMA of course if I don't have it from the period the test is up I'll need to purchase the entire cost of the merchandise that I don't actually need anymore. The needles are also sloppy and difficult to use.
