Over charged

I purchesed a walmart cash card, and also have been billed nearly double exactly what the initial quantity was. I'd 77.75 to get a balance. I purchased 17.75 worth of gasoline in the push. They claim I will have a stability of 42.75. I dont understand. Then request a deal record off the web page, all I get is definitely an empty display. Im unhappy!!
