Home Loan Ripoff! Get your bank info. And take cash away from you!

I was online looking for home loans. A place called "Bayfield Lending Group" called me on my cell phone and said they recieved my online home loan apllication for 180,000.00. The guy said he was Danial Williams and that he was from Bedford and I was approved for my 180,000.00 home loan. I was just discharged from bankruptsy so I was very happy and excited to recieve this news.

I went looking for homes that day. He called me back and said to sign and fax application and include paystub, copy of license, blank check, etc. He also was going to need 5,000.00 in cash down on the loan that would count as my first 4 month morgage payments. So I had no loan payments for 4 months! Sounded great to me!

Before I went any further, I went online and looked up BayField Lending Group. A woman from Maryland had posted an ad saying that they were a fraud and stole 5,000.00 dollars from her and also cleaned out her bank account.
Thats what gave me the heads up and thank god they did not get a penney from me!!!
Called police but they said they could do nothing because nothing had been taken or stolen form, me yet!
Something has to be done!
Danial Williams is still waiting for me to fax him info. So he can Rip Me Off!!!
