I received $3998.00 bogus check from this company for mystery shopping

I too received a check in the amount of $3998.00. I truly wanted to believe this was indeed for mystery shopping but felt a little skeptical after depositing this check into the bank. I felt that something was not right and decided to research this further where I saw that indeed this was a scam. I have deposited the check but have not actually sent the 3430.00 via moneygram to Jerome Carter. They wanted me to spend $40 at walmart and do an evaluation based on cleanliness, etc. Then proceed to send a moneygram of $3430.00 to a Jerome Carter in Parma OH. Any advise on what I should do now. I am afraid if I send this money to Parma OH. I will be out a boat load of money as I think this is a bogus check and a SCAM big time after reading other reports on this. Any advise as what to do now since I have deposited this. Do I just wait, I have contacted the bank.
