Harassing collection calls

Submitted Bankruptcy - selection efforts never stopped. Not just did they not quit to gather, they'd contact every 15 minute every 3 hours. Some times, the calls might exceed 30 complete calls. I talked having a CSR to request the millionth time that that end calling me the calls were absurd. The CSR stated he was sorry - accepting that it had been definitely absurd, but that's how their program works. Regulations have to be updated whilst the engineering raises - understanding from caller-ID that it's exactly the same collecter all day calling again and again (to my mobile phone) is precisely just like departing 30 communications (that will be the loophole they're leaping through) - regulations is the fact that so long as they don't abandon a note - it's not deemed bothering... If anybody named my phone 30 times each day, I'd have trouble with-it - not to mention a business calling for the money that under national regulation I've no-obligation to settle.
