Told me I won a grants they helped me apply for sent money for proccessing the papers now I can't get in contact with them via phone e-mail anything

I applied to them and after a long time I received a phone call stated that I had indeed won a grant I was given the grant number that was legitimate grants so I was happy. After I did what I thought was good detective work I sent money to cover the small cost of fees and was to receive the paper in the mail. They never came, they e-mailed never happened.

Now they refuse to answer the phone when I call. So don't make the same mistake I did if you are contacted by them run as far as you can the other way
