Unbelievable NSF fees to business accounts

I agree whole heartedly. I have paid over $5000 in overdraft fees. This is because of their policy of running debits before the credits. The people at my local branch are nice enough but there doesn't seem to be anyone who has the authority to refund fees. When you are a small business with daily deposits and a slumping economy, this really hurts. I am almost going bankrupt due to this policy. They pay the checks because I have been there so long but they charge $36 for everyone that comes in after the deposit. This includes atms, pos, gas pumps, auto debits, everything gets a $36 charge. Then you are trapped because it is a constant, daily catching up cycle of deposits against fees.
