Emerald Card Reward (LOL)

I went and had my taxes done by a H&R Block office in the city in which I live, got the Emerald Card, money was put on my card immediately. I left there and went to one bank and got 1000.00 taken off of the card, went to another bank to get another 1000.00, taken off of my card, it would not come off because the teller accidently put it in under credit instead of checking, the card declined. I went home and immediatly called H&R BLOCK about what had just happened and over the phone they gave me all the information to take back to the bank so that my money could be put back on the card because they told me that they put a hold on my money.

My question to them was why was the money put on hold, nobody could tell me anything and I spoke to three different people in that one conversation, but when I first called when they told me that once the information was recieved back from the bank through fax the funds would be available 24-48 hours later it is now 5 days, and every time I call to check on my money it is 2.00 each time I call, and when I called the 4th day they had took out a 20.00 service charge, but they are telling me now that my funds wont be available until March 13. What. Is really going on with H&R BLOCK.
