Double billing

I recently improved/updated my Norton Anti-Virus support. I obtained a contact t/my purchase quantity etc. I had been charged.$48.98. I obtained another cost 3 nights later for that same quantity from www.DRI*Digitalriver.com or myord.com. The 2nd cost wasn't approved by me. Someone has to place an end for this nonsense or tearing people off and double-billing. I'm completely discusted at the corporation.
