Unauthorized charges Orlando Florida

I have used Geico online insurance for the past 5 years. I've always paid online via a credit card. This last policy I opened with them for my classic car, they decided to charge my next payment on my debit card resulting in overdraft fees. When contacting their company they told me that I authorized them to automatically debit the card I opened the policy with. I have NEVER ever given these people to automatically debit any card I've EVER used with them.

When speaking with their rep she basically told me I checked a box that gave them permission. Funny, how I never saw that box the past 4 policies I opened with them and never had this issue in the past... She was unforgiving and argumentative, a downright bitch actually that was hellbent on informing me that I caused this by giving them permission. I will never use this company again and will make sure everyone I know changes companies as well. Geico officially sucks!!!
