I just filled out informatin last night giving them my SS number and credit card number for a free credit report

Dear editor,
i am concern, last night i got an email for ajob offer so i clicked on the link and it sent me to a consumer census thing where i filled my sn then sent me to the free credit report page where i filled in basic information and then sent me to step 2 where i put my ss number and credit card number in.
I was so scared to do this and now i looked it up and found your website and found out it was a scam. Help me what should I do? Should i cancel my credit card?
