Harassment by Phone

Ever since I got my current phone number, I have been getting harassing collection phone calls from Wells Fargo Card company. When I explain to them that I am not the person they are looking for, they accuse me of lying. Even after I give them my full name, they are confrontational. When I told one specific caller named Joseph (who does not have a last name) to stop calling or I would notify the police, he accused me of making threats!

The calls are mostly at inappropriate times. When I called the number they gave me, I got treated like dirt. No one there gives me a first and last name or employee number, so I can't even report them to their supervisor and be sure they know who I am complaining about. I am so frustrated by their incompetence and lack of decent nature.
