Tax prep charges, Emerald Card Fees and tax associate INCOMPITENCE!

Let's face it who ever use's and pay's for a fast tax preparation service, usually wants to avoid all that paper work, the time to prep and simply need the money fast. I have used H&R Block in the past they are really expensive 201.30 for a recent example. For as much as they charge you would think your getting everything for your buck NOT!

1. The tax associate was completely incompetent during the whole process, she kept asking me if I remembered what she put in the system when she made a mistake, very unorganized with all our papers scattered every where. I happen to catch 3 errors with misspelling when I was proof reading her work. It almost 2 hours to finish.

The only thing she told me it cost's 6.95 for the card and that it is way cheaper then the check and instead of getting a check which cost's 20 dollars including no fees (F.Y. I) take the check! Turns out the card cost me way more than the check. I am receiving my money in two payments the first half in 2 days the second half in 8 to 15days. She told I can go anywhere and
with drawl my money but didn't bother to inform me that if I withdrawal all the money at once it would cost me 20 dollars. Think about it 20$ for the first half and 20$ for the second half. So its gonna cost me 40 bucks not including the fee to use the card to do it! I also the Inquiry Fee which is a buck WOW!

I know that some people have gotten ripped off bigger amounts than mine but a buck is buck and save a couple hundred and go with something else I will.

H&R Block You've got people! That rip you off for the little you have in these tough economic times! Thanks alot for nothing H&R Block
