False and misleading Tax Preperation

STAY AWAY from this company! FALSE and misleading.

These people claim the have a retired X-IRS agent who will prepare your tax's using his years of knowledge as a past employee with the IRS. BULL SHIT!!!
I had this company do my tax's for 2007 and they were not prepared by a x - IRS employee. FACT: my tax's were completed by a Tax Preparer Insurance agent! By the name of RON RAHN. This joke "forgot" to include my house interest only payments and my daughter as a child dependent. Plus this joke didn't even include my auto expense's.

TRUST ME these people cost me over $8,000 in tax's that I would have had to pay If I didn't take my return to another company. When I asked the owner for his help to resolve this issue with the missing information on my return he bragged about his employee having been with the IRS and that his employee does not make mistakes on returns... I just let him put his foot in his mouth and showed him the returns were prepared by a insurance agent not the X-IRS agent that they told me who would do the returns and as they advertised

TRUST ME... Trust me... Stay away... I am now talking with the BBB against these people.
