RAL Rip off

I settled H&R Block for that rapai reimbursement which was said to be transferred on and Emerald Card. They denyed me the RAL loan. H&R Block hasn't modified the things they were getting me for that RAL. I've been having them do my fees for that previous 5 years wiht not a problem. I do want to understand why I didn't obtain the mortgage, and where my cash from my fees is. I do want to understand what is certainly going on together. I also need my money-back they charged me to get a support they didn't execute.
