First Universal Lending
Failed to Deliver Promise to Negotiate Down Mortgage, Continued to deduct money after cancelation

Playing on people's desperation, First Universal Lending makes promises but fail (or refuse) to deliver.
They take money they don't earn and keep money they don't deserve.
They promised to negotiate lower mortgage rates, charged us $200 a month for 5 months, and never did anything but make an occasional phone call to make excuses.
When we finally cancelled the "service", we faxed them a cancellation letter as explained in their service agreement and they CONTINUED TAKING MONEY OUT OF OUR ACCOUNT!
Attempts to get explanations or refund resulted in the runaround. (As of now, they have $1200 of our money)
If they only worked as hard at delivering promises instead of excuses, they would have my praise.
We have filed a complaint with the BBB and will contact the Attorney General of Florida soon.
