Reward Redemption - Credit Card

I was redeeming my rewards on wamurealrewards.com. I select the item that I want ($50 Applebees giftcard) and in the next screen, I change the quantity to 7. Note: I have two chances to notice if I picked the wrong product. I submit the order and I check the order has a different product.in the process, I notice that the system is upgrading and refreshing it products. This happened Saturday night, and I called 6 AM in the morning. They just refused to correct the error.
