Etc. They Stole 975.00!

My husband received a loan approval for 7000 dollars if he paid a 975.00 collateral fee. Once the fee was paid, the money was supposed to be directly deposited. Never happened. We called back and were told our loan was on hold pending an 1899.00 iunsurance policy we needed to purchase... That was our hint it was a scam.

Called the FTC and they stopped me mid sentence saying it was a scam. Now we are out 975.00, they will not return our phone calls but say our check is in the mail... Guarantee we won't be receiving that. They also had us send the money via money gram to a Laura Cowish in Halisax, Nova Scotia, Canada.

The agent we dealt with was Alisha Simmons, and it states their presidents and ceos are Greg D. Brendon, David Linburg, George Hupe Laurendeu, Michael Demeris, and Helene Laurendeu. P. S they have our ss numbers, address, bank account info, pay stub... Now we have to have it all changed and guarded from identity theft!
