CIC got us too. 79.95 charged to our account without notice ar receipt of service. The telephone number (877-513-4175) and the words CIC Monitoring were the only things we had to identify the charge that was on the credit card statement. We have NEVER recieved an e-mail confirming membership or any other information about the company. We have NEVER recieved the credit report that we were billed for. No log in names or user id confermation was presented either. I wish I entered CIC in a google search first and found this site. When you enter "Free Credit Report" on Google the FIRST site listed is for "Consumerinfo.com". It's not untill they bill you that they put "CIC Monotoring".

This is completly wrong. I am shocked that the very first listing in a google search could be a SCAM.
