Unauthoriuzed charges - product not ordered

Requested a totally free test of Bromalite for $4.95 S&H. After one month test, obtained another container (not requested) along with a cost on my charge card (not approved). Unable to contact the web site shown on container (www.panalabs.com). No packing slip included the bundle, therefore no telephone number or in whatever way to make contact with them. I'm returning the container and wishing they return the cost on my charge card. May have my charge card examine and place cost on-hold. Possibly may advise the Greater Business Bureau also.
