Ripoff abused & mistreated

I do not have a lot to say as I've read most of the posts and I totally agree with everyone else. These people are a trip. I also have late payments because the payments didn't post until after the 15th. I also have a running late fee account that I don't agree with.

I refinanced my home in April and it's been hell ever since. Ocwen employees start calling me around the third of the month to find out when I'm making payments. They call me three or four times a day and then start over the next day. They call me at work and at home.

I asked that they not call me at work as I could lose my job and they told me that unless I gave them another number where I could be reached they would not remove my work number from their files.

I had some difficulty and got behind but never for longer that a month. I keep sending them the money they said I needed and went into forbearance. They told me I only needed to do it for three months which would have put the last month in December.in January they sent me a letter telling me I had until March.

I tried selling the house but could not get any buyers. I don't know why they are not sending letters to anyone else because I get some type of correspondence from them at least twice a week. Now I have a buyer for the house and when I called for a pay-off amount they told me it would take 15 days to FAX it!
The people are very rude, they put you on hold forever and then after you've held the phone for 15 minutes they disconnect your call.

It's very frustrating and I hold the Class Action Suit makes them change their practices. I also hope the people trying to buy house can because I definitely want out of Ocwen's files and phone call list!
