Can't receive text bal or a lerts to cell phone as instructed

The prepaid Walmart cash card credit has turned into a wreck. I had been happy eith it however now all a quick I can not get my bal to my telephone per the 96862 quantity, the everyday text signals which are suposed to del. Bal fails. After I named customer support I'd to pay for a $2.00 charge after which they stated they'd no handle that it had been my telephone company. That isn't correct since the walgreens greendot credit works just good. The thing is with Walmart which must be set.
